Zapier is a powerful tool that allows you to connect different apps and automate tasks between them. To capitalize on this fact, Convosense now supports integration with Zapier. Now the AI based analytics and crucial findings can be synced across variety of platforms.

Prerequisite — It is assumed that you have configured your Convosense account with your CRM. Only after that Zapier can be integrated.

Here are the general steps to configure Zapier Integration:

  1. Creation of a Zap: A Zap is an automated workflow that connects two or more apps. You can skip this step by directly asking for a custom zap from us at help@convosense.ai. Just tell us about the platform where you want to see our AI-analytics over your data. Our team will share a zap with you, which can be opened inside your Zapier account.
  2. After opening the shared zap inside your account, you can copy the webhook URL created by Zap and share that with our team on a follow-up email.
  3. Choose the Action App: The Action App is the app that will perform an action in response to the data received from Convosense. Choose the app that you want to use as the action and follow the prompts to connect your account.

That’s it! By following these steps, you can configure a Zapier Integration between Convosense and your target app and automate your workflow.
