Create a recipe

Login to your account, and click on the create recipe option in the sidebar.

Now click the create recipe option on the left sidebar.

Enter the recipe name and select the parameters you want to analyze in the email conversation.

Now click on the create recipe button and copy the webhook link.

Head over to the front and open settings.

Go to the front settings page and click on the rules.

Create a new rule and select “Inbound message is received” in the “When…” section.

In the “If..” section select your condition.

In the “then..” section select webhook and paste the copied URL.

No click on the create rule button.

Now you are good to go.
